Saturdays are all about community and coming together.
In these challenging, isolated times, we crave human connection deep within our bones.
This 60 minute fun and playful Vinyasa style flow will have you removing the seriousness of the week and tapping into the joy and pleasure that is life through connection to self and connection to others.
Diving in with a pranayama technique to bring in self-connection, we’ll flow through a joyous and invigorating flow aimed at all levels with plenty of options to cater to all different levels. Permission is given to do as little or as much as your body calls for on the day.
At the conclusion of the practice, you’re invited to stay a while, enjoy a cup of chai, some delicious breaky snacks and a pleasant chat with everyone who has joined, sharing some news on how the week has been and taking delight in this opportunity to come together.
